    1. Current restrictions – No advertising signs shall be displayed with the exception of a For Sale signs not exceeding 24” X 24”
    2. Update for any sign that the HOA uses to promote Yard of the Month, Best Yard, Holiday Light Contest and Membership Meeting or HOA Business are allowed

    Political signs have been made permissible by the courts. Try keeping them out! (The bane of our 20th and 21st century country!)

    Current regulations and proposed regulations do not make any allowances for political signage. Courts have said political signs are free speech; good luck with keeping them out.

    You are right our standards can be controlled by County, State, or federal laws. It would be clearer for everyone if we added them to the standards.
