• Mandatory HOA

    1. When a home is sold the new homeowner is required to be a member of the HOA and the HOA will have the ability to fine and lien. This does not affect current homeowners.

    Our dues are to maintain our community and protect our investment.. I personally feel that HOA dues should be mandatory. We have one of the lowest fees of any HOA. Shame on those unwilling to pay their share.
