      1. From the back structural wall to any lake is not allowed
      2. A fence may not extend past the a structural wall of the house that is facing a street
      3. Plus what is in the current restrictions for all 5 units
    3. No fence higher than 6’.

    I would like to object to the fence height limit as applied to owners backing up to the future Legacy Trail. Sarasota County allows for a maximum of 8 feet in the back yards of homes. We currently have a 6 foot fence which allows people on the trail to look into our home. An 8 foot fence would obstruct trail walkers view into our home. Please consider this height limit exemption.

    I agree that privacy should be a concern. People walking by on Bahia Vista also have a clear view into the backyards of homes. We should be allowed to have a fence that blocks that view. Legacy trail would be the same issue.
