    All homes exteriors must be maintained including outdoor planters and walls and fences. This includes painting and power washing. Landlords should be held accountable for the upkeep of theirproperty and notified if it does not meet community standards. Black sidewalks should be power washed.

    Water restrictions of lawns to match county water restrictions.

    I realize most homes in Tamaron have central heat and air, but sometime a window A/C unit may be necessary. Please reconsider this restriction.

    I agree with the window AC exception. Some homes require them for upstairs rooms.
