Dogs create audible noise. Asking them not to does not seem reasonable. Who is to determine what ordinary sensitivity is? What may be normal to one person may be completely different to another. These rules seem to leave it easy to find a way to complain and report something.

SO WE SEE PEOPLE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD WALKING THERE DOGS ON A REGULAR BASIS. WE DO NOT WALK OUR DOG BECAUSE SHE GETS ENOUGH EXCERCISE IN THE FENCED YARD AND IS AGGRESSIVE WITH OTHER ANIMALS. WE CLEAN UP OUR YARD ON A WEEKLY BASIS AND SOMETIMES DAILY. BUT WHEN I PICKED UP MY TRASH CAN THE OTHER DAY IT HAD A BAG OF SOMEONES DOG CRAP IN THE BOTTOM OF MY TRASH CAN. WHO DOES THAT? THAT IS SO DISRESPECTFUL TO PUT THAT IN SOMESONES TRASH CAN INSTEAD OF TAKING IT HOME AND USING THEIR OWN TRASH CAN. WE HAVE ALSO NOTICED RECENTLY THAT PEOPLE WHO WALK THEIR DOGS DOWN OUR SIDE YARD, THEY LEAVE THERE DOGS BELONGINGS IN OUR YARD AND WHEN USING MY MOWER I RUN OVER IT. ALL I CAN SAY IS PEOPLE NEED TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR ANIMALS.
